Invoicing Time and Materials to Customers

Sending invoices is crucial for helping you in managing your business better. Both you and your customer have a record of the transaction with details of the goods/services provided, how much is owed and when payment is due. Having an invoice lets you also spell out other terms like discounts for early payment or the application of late fees if your customer does not pay by the due date as well as how and where you want payment sent.

Under All Tasks ‣ To Invoice, find a list of all tasks marked as done but that has not been invoiced. Convenient features as it allows accountants to easily access all finished tasks at once.

Note that to Invoice all tasks at once selecting them all and going to Action ‣ Create Invoice.

And that is how you Invoice your services to your customers!
